“We had our GE water heater, which had been with us for 17 years, finally bite the dust. It was time for a new one, and we decided to go with Kapala Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed a Bradford White, Atmospheric Vent, 50 Gal water heater.
The difference in taste and smell of our water is amazing! I had never heard of Bradford before, so I did some research before making the decision. Turns out, it’s a USA-built product, which means if we ever need a part, it’ll be available sooner than one build and shipped from another country. They also had some really good reviews.
Our installers, Anthony and Brett, were fantastic. They were very professional and thorough with their work. They even throughly cleaned up after the installation! They also re-adjusted and added support to the hot water pipe that would bang together when we used the dishwasher. That was a big help!
Overall, I’m very happy with the Bradford White, Atmospheric Vent, 50 Gal water heater. I would highly recommend Kapala Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for a reliable and professional heating and cooling company. They’re definitely my top choice!”

Mark did a great job explaining all the options, the pros and cons, cost efficiencies, lead times without any high pressure techniques. Think we got a quality product and the install technicians were courteous and answered all of our questions. Dealt with Mark on a previous installation and we were just as happy. Thanks!
